Shipping Policy

 

All orders are usually PROCESSED within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment notification. Shipping/Transit time begins AFTER the paid order has been processed. You will receive a notification email with a tracking number when your order has shipped.

 

Orders placed after 4pm Pacific Standard Time (PST) - Los Angeles

may not be processed until the following business day

Domestic Shipping Times

 

We ship via the United States Postal Service and UPS.

 

We currently use the following shipping options:

 

- First Class Mail (2-5 Business Days)

 

- Priority Mail (1-3 Business Days)

 

- Priority Mail EXPRESS (1-2 Business Days)

 

- Ground Shipping (2-5 Business Days)

 

 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout

if your product does NOT include FREE SHIPPING.

 

 

International Shipping

Currently we do not offer international shipping.

 

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 24 hours (after you receive the tracking number) for the tracking information to become available once you receive the shipped notification.

 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us

We do not accept any RETURNS or EXCHANGES,

but please contact us HERE if you have a problem with your order.

In order to help the environment and play our part in stopping global warming, these products are all custom printed at the time of ordering, greatly reducing our carbon footprint. This means we do not pre-stock any prints and these items are considered custom orders. No returns or refunds allowed. All sales are final. We greatly appreciate your understanding!

 

 

CANCELLATION OF ORDER

If we have not printed your order, you may cancel your order for a full refund.

If we have already printed your order or if we have already shipped your order,

your order cannot be canceled.

your order. If you have received tracking information from us,

your order will not qualify to be canceled.
